Option one - Measuring tape Grobl - (add picture) 

1. Position a flexible measuring tape snugly around your wrist going past the wrist bone. 

2. Note where the measuring tape overlaps, this number is your wrist measurement.

3. When ordering your bracelet, add half an inch to the measurement for a snug fit as shown in the listing picture. 

Option two - String Grobl - (add picture) 

1. Cut a long piece of string and position it snugly around your wrist going past the wrist bone. 

2. Note where the string overlaps, this number is your wrist measurement. 

3. When ordering your bracelet, add half an inch to the measurement for a snug fit as shown in the listing picture.
