Return items back within: 14 days of delivery
Request a cancellation within: 12 hours of purchase
The following items can not be returned or exchanged:
Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns for:
- Custom or personalized orders
- Perishable products (like food or flowers)
- Digital downloads
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)

Excellent customer service is very important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your jewelry or the service provided, please contact us. We will do our best to ensure you have a positive experience.
We will be happy to exchange any non-personalized and unworn items. Just you are responsible for shipping charges to/from my studio.
Customized/Personalized items are non-returnable.
Each piece of jewelry is hand stamped, so please allow for a small variation on each piece.
If your item has not arrived within 14 days of the date of shipping, please let us know and we will do our best to resolve the issue to your satisfaction.
If an error is made on our part, we will refund your payment and also pay for the return shipping costs.
