This is my 2nd item I’ve bought from Beaucoup Beads. I was so impressed with the bracelet I bought over 2 years ago - I have never taken it off since I bought it and it still shines like new. That’s what encouraged me to buy the beaded anklet. I know it’s quality I can trust. I was also impressed that Jennifer (seller) sent a personal note thanking me for ordering with her again! ❤️

I was disappointed at reception because the bracelets were too rigid and they didn't fall enough on the ankle. I had an exchange with Judi the saleswoman who is very professional and very accommodating. She absolutely does not want to leave these clients in trouble.
