The item is absolutely beautiful. When the item was initially shipped, the company who was meant to deliver it lost the item. The seller immediately replaced the necklace and shipped a new one with a different shipping company and the new necklace arrived in 2 days. She was so communicative the entire time and her customer service exceeded my expectations!
This necklace was for my mom. One disc with an initial for each of her four children. The necklace was as described and is beautiful in person. My mom hasn’t taken it off since receiving it!
