I bought two of the beaded bracelets at separate times. I LOVED the first infinity charm one and ordered the beaded one with a single CZ to coordinate with it. Unfortunately, shipping was delayed. I contacted the seller, and she said she would ship me another one. She did, but it was the wrong bracelet. To her credit, she said to keep the wrong one and she would send the correct one at no cost. She followed through. Would I hesitate to buy from this shop again? NO. The quality is very good; the designs are simple and lovely; and the owner can be trusted. BTW, I gave these as a gift to my closest friend, and she loved them, too.
